love... retain your meaning!!

Banyak orang mengatakan kalo kita akan menemukan seseorang yang akan membuat hidup kita menjadi 100% suatu saat nanti. Siapakah orang tersebut? Hanya takdir yang menentukan... tapi ada satu yang pasti yaitu keberadaan cinta di antara kita dan si dia. (hoek... zizay saia nulisna...)

Well, kalo dibilang bener ya bener, tapi kalo dibilang salah sih kaga juga. Why? Coz sumtimes banyak orang yang salah kaprah dengan hal indah yang dinamakan cinta dengan beberapa hal yang bisa dikatakan sangat berbeda. Here's a few of them:

Love pretender #1: Ego
Terkadang ego kita untuk tetap memiliki seseorang bisa disalah artikan sebagai cinta. Kayak iklan yang nanya: 'lagi dimana? lagi apa? sama siapa?' *akah!*. Well, untuk love pretender yang ini ada satu ciri penandanya yaitu sikap yang agak posesif. Dasar sifat ini mungkin pikiran 'nobody take what's mine'. wew, how childish... -_-'

Love pretender #2: Needy
Sikap yang mungkin bikin kita bete sama pasangan (kebanyakan sih cowok kayak gini yang bikin nama baik para lelaki rusak). sikap needy juga menyebabkan banyak hubungan berlanjut dengan belas kasihan yang pada akhirnya cuma akan menyakiti kedua belah pihak. Ciri dasar dari Love Pretender ini agak sulit dilihat tapi kalo dirangkum jadi satu kalimat 'Without you my life won't be complete!'. On the other hand, love will say 'I'm dying to share my life with you'. See the difference?


Love pretender #3: Natural Desire
Well, this one is stupid. Some people think love is sex (the term is 'make love' huh?) and totally
wrong. With love come along the word 'control' as not in Natural desire that's why some other people said 'I have sex' instead of 'I make love' (usually men). Sex is part of love but love isn't just about sex. Well, if control comes along with love, then what is the characteristic of ND? 'uncontrollable' of course, 'cuz it is not you but your hormones doing hahaha... :p

Love pretender #4: Kindness
To be kind is to spread your love around and of course THAT love is not the love that Ten Ryu is talking about here. But sometimes you just take a pity to someone until you think that it is love (not many who mistakenly think kindness as love but some are). The difference? it is patience. With kindness alone, you might fed up with someone who's annoying but with love you'll see it as a 'cute side'. -> you don't need patience if you fall in love with someone right?

Love pretender #5: Like
this one is the hardest one to apart from love since you use 'like' in both friendship and love. but one thing about 'like' that differ it from love can be described as 'I don't want to lose it but I can still live without it'.
